  Good helpful staff but print and copy is always so busy. I recommend going to mre around the corner for printing if you need it urgently.

  I consistently receive excellent customer service from this store. The staff are very knowledgable, genuinely helpful and friendly.

  Patience is also important, since customers expect staff to know more about how things work then themselves. It's not right to feel like you are a bother to those who are there to serve you, when all you require is a minimum of attention, like any other normal customer.

  A good suggestion, I think, is to train staff in order to make them understand that they can still provide information on their automated services, even though they're automated. These services can be tricky with their interface, and customers will need information on how to use that interface.

  The range at Officeworks has really diminished in recent years and the better brands have been replaced by unknown brands at the same price.

  Mack in Printing was a real credit to Office Works today with his wonderful attention to detail and very friendly interaction. He clearly loves his job and likes his customers. I do hope he is well rewarded.

  Went there to print some pictures and the staff was so unhelpful it nearly made me feel embarassed for being there buying their service. Almost left without printing because I was told I couldn't have my pics printed the way I wanted, which I found out was not true as I was about to leave the store (not because anyone told me, but because I saw a booklet with the print formats available over a desk).
