  By far the best place for tech in Brisbane. I've been a customer for more than 10 years. Their pricing is very reasonable and they almost always have what I want available for immediate pickup. Highly recommended.

  Wish I could give negative stars. Goes against their own policy constantly. Never EVER purchase from this company. I paid for custom parts for a PC almost three months ago. Because one part had a “factory issue” they sent my PC away. Wouldn’t give me a new part, even though I PAID FOR A WORKING ONE! Now I haven’t had any PC for almost three months and won’t get it till the end of this month. I will never purchase from them again and will tell everyone to never buy from them. Awful customer service in help lines too. Rubbish company.

  Large range of products not found at most retail electronics stores. Very competitive prices. The ordering system is great but would not appeal to all. Also worth noting they do not inventory or sell exotic reptiles.

  Been a Umart customer for many years now. Prices are usually pretty good. Sometimes can be slow when they are busy so be aware of that when heading to pick up your order. Good range.

  Kelvin was fantastic, friendly, professional and very efficient. I was really impressed by the simple process to follow. Yes, it was busy, however what do you expect at this time of year? Everyone seems to think they're more important than anyone else! The line moved quickly and smoothly and Umart is a gem!
